Online reservation

Business days with vacancies are indicated by a Reserve button. Click on Reserve to go to the reservation form. Click on the Send button after filling in all required information items.

Reservation is complete upon reception of the confirmation email.
Confirmation email will be sent from the "@taiwa.ac.jp" domain. Please check your spams in case you didn't receive it in your mailbox.
Please make sure you can receive emails from us by checking your email box settings.
Personal information you entrust us with will be used to contact you in case of an emergency (unplanned closing due to exceptional weather, etc).

Reservation cancellation & modification

In case of cancellation or modification, please contact us before 17:00 the day prior to your visit at this mail : taiwa_global@taiwa.ac.jp (10:00-17:00 except for Sat., Sun. & holidays).
In case the day prior to your visit is a Sunday or a national holiday, please contact us the previous business day.
Please arrive at the restaurant by 12:30. Arrivals beyond that time will see your reservation automatically cancelled.

Important notice:

Please refrain from visiting our restaurant should you feel unwell (fever, cold symptoms, etc). Please do not hesitate to contact us to cancel your reservation in that case.

Others

There is no limit to the number of reservations.
Reservation is possible until the end of the month for a visit the next month in case vacancies remain.
We ask that our guests be 13yo and above. Please refrain from visiting us accompanied with infants.
We kindly ask that you respect the following dresscode: smart casual.
While on campus, we kindly ask that you wear the Visitor tag lent to you at your arrival.
There is no bicycle or car park on campus. Please use public transportation to visit us.
