About Taiwa Gakuen Education Inc.

As the hospitality industry plays a key role in Japan, we hope to elevate the status of professionals in the hospitality industry by providing quality vocational training, in turn contributing to social welfare. TAIWA GAKUEN EDUCATION Inc., a non-profit private institute specialized in vocational education, was established in 1931 and has adopted the guiding of “Contributing to human welfare by expanding harmony among people.”The foundation now manages four vocational colleges:

Our institutions train a diverse range of professionals in the hospitality field, including chef, patisserie chef and hotel, bridal and travel staff, national registered dieticians, medical record administrator, medical secretary & welfare staff, health information managers, healthcare information technologist. They also offer specialist extension and continuing educational programs for people employed in the hospitality industry in fields such as hotel, food service and hospitals for local community. Currently, Taiwa is operating four vocational colleges with a student body of 2,600, including those enrolled in correspondence course. In addition, more than 50,000 people per year attend adult education programs such as executive and continuing education programs. These programs are offered at Taiwa's“La Carriere” continuing educatin center.
