La CarrièreOur institutions train a diverse range of professionals in the hospitality field, including national registered dieticians, dieticians, medical record administrators, medical secretary & welfare staff, health information managers, healthcare information technologists, chefs, patisserie chefs and hotel, bridal and travel staff. They also offer specialist extension and continuing educational programs for people employed in the hospitality industry in fields such as hotels, food services and hospitals for local communities.
Currently, the four vocational colleges have a total of 2,600 students, including those enrolled in correspondence courses. In Addition, more than 10,000 people per year attend adult education programs such as executive and continuing education programs. These programs are offered at Taiwa's "La Carrière" continuing education center.

As Japan’s capital for more than 1,000 years from 794, Kyoto has many culture aspects that the Japanese people take pride in.
